Fabulous Tile

These rooms all have very different styles and but all have great examples of beautiful tile used in great form. I love the way tile can transform a space not by just the color or design on the tile but how the tile can be placed to create design.

When I see rooms like these two all I think is that I need more gold in my life, and since I cannot currently add it to my decor in a dramatic way, I think I will purchase some accessories to help. Here are some of my favorite gold items.

I'm Loving... Window Seats

Lately I have been loving window seats, there is something about a relaxing spot that looks out onto a great view. I have been trying to get as many people to use this relaxed seating in their homes. I'm jealous I don't have a spot where I can pull this off, but maybe someday!

Fresh Start

Hello everyone!

I am back from a long winded hiatus. Between being swept away with the holidays and diving deeper into my design career, I pushed aside the blog but the problem with that is I really do love contributing to my little space everyday. Here are some bright photographs to bring a cheery outlook to the future and this Monday. Let's start with a quote that I think is very fitting.

This beautiful table scape has the perfect colors for a spring soiree.

I love the different patterns and colors of these vases, mugs and glasses. 

Together they're quite the punch of color. Even one or two on a table or in the kitchen 

would add a nice pop of color to any space.

The following rooms, have varying punches of color. Although I tend to like more subdued rooms for my personal space, there is something fun and exciting about a room doused in color.
